Most often bathroom is to be shared with other people living on the flat.

A code of conduct worked out by the host will specify the access to and stay in the premises, the time schedules, attitudes and behaviors they expect from their guests etc...

A key will be given to you on arrival. In case of loss or theft, it will be your responsibility to have it replaced and the lock repaired or even changed as the case might be.
